• Producer Russell Targ, co-founded the Stanford Research Institute’s ESP research program that pioneered the act of “remote viewing” and worked for every major intelligence agency of the U.S. Government. He also pioneered the invention of the laser and has since written several successful books on the subject of ESP.
• Producer/Director Lance Mungia has directed two theatrical features for Lions Gate and Dimension Films; the cult indie hit “Six String Samurai” and “The Crow: Wicked Prayer”. He has won multiple awards and his films have played at Sundance, Slamdance, Toronto, Seattle and other major international film festivals.

Third Eye Spies chronicles the lifelong journey of physicist Russell Targ, co-founder of the Stanford Research Institute’s CIA supported ESP research program. Targ’s quest has been to reveal to the world the reality of ESP and the fact every intelligence agency of the U.S. government has used “psi” or what came to be known as “remote viewing” operationally for intelligence gathering against the Soviets and others. This 23-year program had oversight at the very highest levels.
